About SnapPaperwork
SnapPaperwork is a small collection of free online tools for the paperwork that small businesses, freelancers and landlords need every week: receipts, forms and other documents you print or save as a PDF.
You fill in a form, the page on the right shows what the finished document will look like, and one click prints it or saves it as a PDF. That is the whole idea.
How we build it
- No account. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember.
- Your details stay with you. What you type is processed in your browser and saved on your own device so it is there next time. We never receive it. See the Privacy Policy.
- A clean document. We never put a watermark, logo or advert on the paper you print.
- Made for the printed page. Documents are laid out at their real size for US Letter and A4 paper, and amounts and dates follow the conventions of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
- Free, supported by advertising. The tools are free to use. Ads on the site help cover running costs. Ads never appear on your printed document.
Who it is for
Landlords and property managers, freelancers, shop and cafe owners, and anyone who needs a tidy printed document quickly without learning accounting software.
What it is not
SnapPaperwork provides general-purpose templates. It is not a law firm, an accountant or a tax adviser, and nothing here is legal or financial advice. Rules differ from place to place, so check what applies to you. Please read our Terms and Acceptable Use policy: the tools are for genuine record-keeping only.
